Jordi Julià (Terrassa, Barcelona, 1959) is a civil engineer who graduated from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has been Transport and Mobility Projects Chief for the Agencia Metropolitana Barcelona Regional (1994-2004) and General Director of Ports and Transports for the Generalitat de Catalunya (2004-2005). At the present he is Technical Director of Railway Infrastructures of Catalonia.
